Founder & CEO

In his time at HBS, he served as a director of operations intern at Lake Endovascular and as a strategic surgical management consultant for Dignity Health. He currently holds a CASC accreditation and is LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certified. His clinical background focused largely on vascular and endovascular at Dignity Health Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, California. He currently serves as the Transplant Quality Manager at Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. His role involves overseeing the regulations, policies, data collection and analysis, and quality and process improvement initiatives for the heart transplant, kidney transplant, bone marrow transplant and LVAD program. He continues his onsite presence of leadership, working in the corporate department for an orthopaedic outpatient facility and assists with clinical and operational development. Felix is passionate about the utilization of technology, strategy, policy, and operational efficiency methods to improve workflow and improve access of care to communities in need.
